Dear Aspirant,

Ofcourse you are eligible for giving this exam again. The eligibility criteria says thag you need passing marks in your board examination. It's not necessary that you must qualify previous JEE Mains attempt. You have misunderstood it.

For getting seat In kl university,you must got top 1 to 1000 rank,so it is not possible.but you get seat in best colleges in ap based on your rank as 9009.
