Hello. If you want to pursue B.Ed, generally the teaching subject is given on the basis of what you studied as your undergraduate subjects or in post graduation. NCTE has the criteria that you can choose the subjects that you studied in your UG for 2years. Or you must have done post graduation in that subject. As we go through the latest cut-offs of 2020 then it shows that the closing rank for OBC category was 5227 for Biological Sciences (5 Years, Bachelor of Science and Master of Science (Dual Degree)) branch in IIT Madras .
See it is quite difficult to tell you about exact marks to score because for JEE-Advance no maximum marks are fixed but yes with regards to JEE-Advance 2021 if you secure your AIR in JEE-Advance under top 5200 in OBC category then there would be good chances for you to get into IIT Madras .
