It is difficult to predict the college. AU does not accept TS EAMCET score.  If you got 18000 rank in AP EAMCET 2021. And also you are belonging to BC A category. There is chance to get admission in AU.

Structural engineering comes under Earth sciences in csir net no other paper comes close to your subject other than this. Physical sciences is pure physics  and it can't be chemical sciences,life sciences or mathematical sciences. In apset exam earth,atmospheric, ocean and planetary sciences ( geology ) comes close considering

The answer is maybe or maybe not. It you are in general category, it's not easy to get admission in good government colleges in any of chemical or agricultural branch. But as the cutoffs are low for other categories, you can easily get admission to chemical or agricultural engineering in
