You can change address on passport anytime after getting it.

To change the previous address, you have to apply for the re- issue of the passport.

You need to have proof of your current address.

i registered with aadhar card as id proof for jee mains but now i have lost it can i use pan card or driving license istead of adhar card. wont they raise issues that aadhar card is used in registration form and now at center showimg pan card as proof
