As per the previous year cut-off BMSCE has higher cut-off for Computer science branches . you have a less chance to get a seat in BMSCE.

No there is no chance, that you can get a government college with 26 percentile.

The minimum percentile for other categories like SC/ST/OBC also ranges between 65-80.
