With 490/720 in NEET, assuming youre from General Category, you may have low chances in securing a seat under All India Quota in most of the good Government Medical Colleges for MBBS. You have still fair chances under Home State Quota in Government Medical Colleges in your State as well

It's ok. You can continue your course. All the subjects for  the second semester will be considered as arrears. You can clear them in next semester with those subjects. If your institute has any special option to write arrears immediately opt for it. Inform your issue with respective professors

There is no option to cancel NEET UG 2021 Registration or Application once submitted. So you cannot cancel your registration either before payment of application fee or after payment of the application fee. If you do not wish to appear for NEET UG 2021 you need to quit attending
