Candidates can write JEE Mains in 3 consecutive years and JEE Advanced two times. As you complete your 12 th standard in 2024 so from that onwards the cour starts. So you'll be eligible to write two times

I am shaik Muslim Comes OBC- E category in andhra pradesh. Right now I am going to apply NEET 2021. But there is no option to OBC (NCL) in central list for neet 2021 .

It is very difficult to tell that a PCM student can opt genetic engineering. It will mainly depend on the University or the College where you want to pursue. And also it is very difficult for a student to do genetic engineering without biology in their 12th.
