In wbjee your gmr rank is considered and not category rank.

This is very difficult to predict which college you will get because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors

Yes, there is chance to get admission in Government Holkar Science College, Indore for B,Sc course. And also you are belonging OBC category then you have OBC category quota. The eligibility criteria for B.Sc. in this college is that  candidate should passed class 12th.
