Your nta score is nothing but your percentile so your percentile is 48 percentile.

You can write JEE Mains exam only for 3 consequtive years after passing your class 12th including the year of passing. That means if you have passed your class 12th in 2021, then you are eligible to write JEE Mains only in the year 2021, 2022 and 2023.
