See not only for BBA but for BTech/MBA/MCA placements also aptitude tests are organized by most of the companies. Most of the process starts with aptitude test followed by a Group discussion and then an interview. So yeah! you should prepare for Aptitude test as most companies will conduct it.

See the campus placements for JNEC isn't good for Civil Engineering. For civil engineering in the session 2018-19 there were 2% placement where as in 2019-20 the placement rate increased and become 3%. SO as you can see in Civil Engineering most of the students in JNEC remains not placed.
