You have not properly mentioned the name of the examination, if it is Inter 2nd year that is class of 12 that you have failed in the previous year, you need to appear as in an improvement examination. Your credential will be non formal. In this system you have to apply for appearing in the second year of inter examination to the authority of your respective school from which you have appeared the last year but have failed.. There will be no problem or any regulation for not to sit in the exam of inter after failing it in the last year. So go ahead and maintain all the procedures apply with valid documents and prepare well with hard labour and systematic working and practicing the previous years question paper and all the subjects to get success.
