All you need is a gap certificate. Once you have it, no one can stop you from entering your dream college. Also, try to score above 650 . Once you have proper score and all documents, no one will stop you.

First of all,you have to clear 12th standard.

Colleges will check Class 12th percentage during admission.After completing class 12,you will have to sit for entrance examinations.
