No, NITs don't offer Dual Degree for CIVIL Engineering But you can get dual degree in Civil Engineering from colleges like IIT Kharagpur, IIIT Hyderabad, Andhra University College of Engineering, KL University Guntur etc.

First of all for JNTUH Hyderabad only TS-EAMCET rank is considered not AP-EAMCET.
And for getting into JNTUH Hyderabad you should have at least 11000 rank in TS-EAMCET.
