It can be removed in JEE 2023 or cannot be . Both of the chances can be true. But for the year 2022 the 75% eligibility criteria is removed. So you only need to pass in all subjects of you class 12th to be eligible for JEE mains 2022.

Hope are absolutely fine, as per your query, it is quite difficult to get Govt. BAMS seat from 400 marks in NEET , you have not mentioned your category so i am considering it general. For safer side you should have 550+ marks in NEET to get government
Hi in 70 to 80 marks you can expect around 84 to 90 percentile by seeing previous year trend but it depends on many factors like paper difficulty of your slot and number of students appeared
