To get admissdion in NIT, the opening & closing rank is 90800 to 92300, but igot a rank of 90300. can i get seat for admission ?

The opening and closing ranks mentioned by you for NIT says 90800 to 92300, which I believe is of previous year.

Since the cutoffs vary year to year but we can assume them to be more or less the same. As you have a rank of 90300 which

To get seat in NIT for aparticular course & catogory the opening rank is 91000 & closing rank is 96500 , but i got 90450. can i get a seat for admision.

Since you have a better rank than the opening and closing ranks mentioned by you (i'm assuming them to be previous year's) which definitely means you can get admission in NIT for that particular course unless and until there occurs any drastic change in the cutoff.
