No, here starting of two consecutive years is to be considered from the passing year of class 12th or equivalent, so if you have passed class 12th in 2021 then two consecutive years allowed for you will be only 2021 and 2022.

now i know that i can give jee advanced but is it worth it? i mean i just scored 69 %ile and cant get admission in any college through this score. theres no use of giving advance because im sure ill not get into ANY iit. can you please please suggest me some great colleges asap :)

Don't worry if you have passed class 12th in 2022, because for candidates passing 12th or equivalent in 2022, there is no need to upload the class 12th certificates at the time of JEE-Advance 2022 registration but if you had passed class 12th earlier than you cannot upload
