Cse is one of the competitive branch in engineering.  For 50k rank chances of getting admission for cse is too low. You need to score a rank within 20k to get admission for cse. For above rank you could get admission for other branches  like  civil, eee etc.

The candidate should have passed pre-degree examination(10+2) or an equivalent with 12 years schooling from a recogized board or university with science(Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

The minimum score to get a good IIT varies greatly every year. And moreover the definition of good IIT is very hard to say. But I believe all IITs are good.

It's always safe to score above 40% score in advance to get a good IIT and a good branch.
