MTech Mechatronics means Master of Technology in Mechatronics which is a 2 year Course and BTech in Mechatronics means Bachelor of Technology in Mechatronics which is a 4 year course . Simply MTech is a Master's Degree and BTech is a Bachelor's Degree.
