Hello aspirant,
12th percentage has no importance in JEE rank. However during admission in IIT they do check the 12th percentage. General candidates must have at least 75% marks in class 12. For SC/ST it should be 65%.
For B.Arch program:

You can "technically" apply in 5th phase, what that means is that authorities are not going to stop you from doing so, but I don't feel it will yield any results whatsoever.
It can be explained by following example, assume that phase 4 ends on 1lakh, and phase 5 starts from 1 lakh and one, now assuming your daughter had 80K rank, she must have been given preference over remaining 20K students who were in the same phase but had rank greater than that of her.
But now that the counseling of that phase has been concluded all 20K of those would have been allotted some seat, now VIT obviously isn't going to reconsider admission of those 20K because of anyone, so now when you apply for phase 5, as her rank was 80K she will be given preference over the rank 100001. However at the same time you need to note that she didn't got what she wanted even when those 20K students were not considered, now that they also have taken their seats, it is highly unlikely that applying for phase 5 will yield any better results except in the case that she filled wrong preferences. In that case it might be of a bit help

Dear aspirant,
hope you are doing good..!!
as you have not mentioned in which entrance exam you got the rank. either eamcet or ecet. seats allotment in branches is depends on various factors like category the student belongs, cutoff marks, etc. seats allotment is different for both the exams based on some factors. for the students who attempt ECET the seat allotment in branch is depends on the branch rank.
I think you have attempted EAMCET exam according to your question. There are good chances to get seat in CSE branch in good engineering colleges. you can choose CSE and other new branches of CSE like AIML, Data Science, Cyber Security, etc.. There are good chances to get seat in these branches.
hope it will be helpful
Dear Student,
Prediction of college depends on a lot of factors and hence, the prediction might not be 100% true. Although, it will give you a rough idea about the colleges that you can expect at this rank.
LIST OF COLLEGES WITH CSE BRANCH:
If you sacrifice your branch you can get the top colleges of comedk. You can opt for other branches and then study hard and maintain your GPA and then switch your branch to CS. However, you have to work really hard and branch upgradation is not very easy but you can do it if you get good marks in 1st and 2nd semester.
