Honestly in this rank you can't expect any of the IIITs/NITs . Instead you should look for GFTI'S/ private colleges by giving entrances for Bangalore colleges, west bengal colleges.

In GFTIs there are colleges like Assam University, gurughasi bilaspur , kongri Vishwavidyalaya, Assam University. In private colleges you can
