The CLAT follows a system of horizontal reservation for PwD Category which means, seats are reserved within each vertical category( General, SC, ST). Now based on your given metrics, you have a fair chance of securing a seat in National Law Universities, though you might not be able to make in the top-tier NLUs. Therefore do not loose heart if you are not able to secure a seat in the first round of counseling.
