Hello there,

Since you enrolled in IGNOU M.Com in July 2023 and have not appeared for any exams yet:

  • You can appear for the exams of both the first year and second year together in the December 2025 exam cycle, provided you have completed the required assignments for those courses.

  • Assignments are generally based on the session you are enrolled in. Since your admission is from July 2023, you should complete and submit the assignments for the July 2023 session.

  • Make sure you submit all pending assignments before the exam, as they are mandatory to be eligible to appear.

  • Check the IGNOU official assignment schedule and exam notification for the exact last date to submit assignments related to your session.

  • You may also contact your study center for detailed guidance on the exam and assignment submission for your enrollment period.

Can i get a good college at 76 percentile in jee

kumardurgesh1802 31st May, 2025

Hello Shrutika,

With a 76 percentile in JEE Main, your chances of admission to top-tier NITs or IIITs may be limited, as their cutoffs are generally higher.

However, you can still get admission in:

  • Some state engineering colleges where the cutoff percentile is lower.

  • Many private engineering colleges across India that accept JEE Main scores.

  • Newer or less competitive NITs or government colleges might consider lower ranks depending on the branch.

To improve your chances:

  • Participate in the JoSAA and CSAB counseling fully.

  • Consider private universities and deemed universities that accept JEE Main scores.

  • Look for colleges offering your preferred branch with the available rank.

Your choice of branch and state quota may also affect admission chances.

I would recommend you to use the JEE Mains College Predictor Tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.

Hello Im from Surat and has completed 12th in science bio group with 65 percentage now I want to take admission in it course where fees ranges around or under 50 k please suggest me how can I get admission in this specific course

kumardurgesh1802 31st May, 2025

Hello Zinnat,

Since you have completed 12th in Science (Biology group) with 65%, and want to pursue an IT (Information Technology) course with fees around or under Rs. 50,000, here is how you can proceed:

  • Look for private colleges or universities in Surat or nearby cities that offer B.Tech or BCA in IT or related fields within your budget.

  • Consider BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) if B.Tech in IT is expensive or admission is difficult. BCA is often more affordable and focused on IT skills.

  • Check state-level entrance exams or merit-based admission for IT courses in Gujarat, like GUJCET or direct admission based on 12th marks.

  • Explore government or government-aided colleges with management quota or scholarships that may reduce fees.

  • Use online education portals or visit local college admission offices to inquire about courses and fee structures.

  • Ensure the college is AICTE approved or recognized by the appropriate educational authority.

  • Apply before the admission deadlines and prepare necessary documents like 12th mark sheet, transfer certificate, and identity proof.

By researching local colleges and their fee structures, you can find an IT course within Rs. 50,000 fees that fits your profile.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Category rank 40098 in sc in jee mains

Kishan Bhakat 31st May, 2025

hi,

With an SC category rank of around 40,000 in JEE Mains, you still have a good chance to get into some decent NITs or IIITs, especially in branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Biotechnology. Popular branches like Computer Science might be tougher to get with that rank, but other engineering fields often have closing ranks closer to your position.

Make sure you participate in the JoSAA counselling properly, list your preferred colleges and branches carefully, and keep an eye on seat availability. Also, don’t forget to check if your state quota can help you get a seat in state colleges. If government colleges don’t work out, there are private colleges where you can use your JEE rank to apply too.

hi my veterinary practical rank is 1311 with sc category can I get veterinary college in Karnataka

Kishan Bhakat 31st May, 2025

hi,

If your veterinary practical rank is 1311 and you belong to the SC category in Karnataka, then yes, you do have a fair chance of getting into a government veterinary college. Every year, seats are reserved for SC category students, and based on previous trends, candidates with ranks around yours have been able to secure admission. It also depends on the number of seats available that year and how other students with similar ranks fill their options. Make sure to participate in the counseling process and keep your options open by listing multiple colleges during choice filling.
