Your query isn't clear, is it related to classes being conducted in a university, if so then then majority of university are following online classes norms, you haven't mentioned the name of any university, due to covid pandemic as of now there are no chances of classes being conducted
You can take whichever stream you want to take or you are interested in because students who have passed Class 12th or equivalent qualifying examination can pursue the B. Des course.
