As per the board of technical education of any individual state like Delhi, Haryana and U.P. and the candidates who has earned 12th certificate in Science with PCM are eligible to take in any state of India. After 12th a student have to appear in Lateral Entry Entrance Test
Actually for any job experience and skill matters more than the degree.yes you may find even better job without having degree but having degree gives a sign that yes you have grab that otherwise there may be more difficulty to even appear for interview and job.
