NTA will conduct DUET 2020 for various programmes offered in Delhi University. As of now, there is no official information regarding the registrations for 2020 yet. As the lockdown has been extended until June 30th, NTA might wait until the lockdown is over so as to release the online application

You haven't mentioned your category to predict the chances. As there are 80 seats for communication design, so you may have chances of getting admission.
Again it depends upon the category as seats are reserved for SC, ST, differently abled

As per my Knowledge , Usually cut off are high in first list, above 95% but with subsequent cut offs certain degree of dip can be seen.
