yes after completing iti courses you can get admission in diploma courses. as diploma is 3 years course, you can join diploma from second year of the course as you have passed iti. for admission from second year diploma courses you need to appear in the lateral entry exam

You can do diploma in polytechnic colleges. If you select, electrical engineering in diploma, it will be easier for you to study. But you can apply for most of the diploma courses. So choose based on your interest. Some institutions may admit you directly in second year also
