see it is really a bad choice if you do 12 and diploma side by side. see diploma in engineering can be joined after 10 or after 12th course. and after diploma course getting a job is easier rather than after passing 12th. but here you need to have
most of the private or public sector required a first division marks in diploma that is 60% marks in diploma course. however I would suggest you to get overall 70% marks in diploma courses because right now in india there is huge competition of getting in psus or government
