this just means that your marks might be a little low for government colleges under open category this year. But don’t feel sad, you can still check for other categories if you have one, or look into private or deemed colleges too. Sometimes, magic happens in second round or mop-up counselling. So keep trying, don’t give up!

Dear student,
You can get direct admission into Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology (MLRIT) through the Management or NRI quota , which makes up 30% of the total seats in each branch.
For B.Tech , you need at least 50% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Maths, and Chemistry or Computer Science. For M.Tech , a relevant B.E./B.Tech degree with minimum 50% marks is required. For MBA , a bachelor’s degree with 50% or more is needed.
Download the application form from the official MLRIT website. Fill it in and submit it at the college along with the required documents. Under the management quota, entrance exam ranks aren't mandatory , but you must meet the basic eligibility set by JNTU .
B.Tech : 1,10,000 per year
M.Tech/MBA : 60,000 per year
You can reach the admission help desk at +91 96522 26061 or +91 98666 52122 . Email: admissions@mlrinstitutions.ac.in
If you've entered the wrong date of birth in your ITI form, don’t worry—you can get it corrected by following a few simple steps.
First, contact the admission office of the ITI where you applied. Explain the mistake and ask how to fix it. Most institutes will guide you through the correction process.
Next, write a short application to the Principal or Admission Officer, clearly stating your correct date of birth and explaining the error. Attach a copy of a valid document like your 10th marksheet , birth certificate , or Aadhaar card as proof.
If you applied online, check if the correction window is still open. If it is, log in to the portal, update your details, and save the changes. Take a printout for your records.
Even during document verification , the officials may update your date of birth if you show valid proof. Make sure to follow up with the office to confirm that the correction has been made.
A NEET score of 443 for an OBC category candidate might be sufficient for BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) admission in some private colleges, but securing a seat in a government college with this score is less likely. A score of 400-550 is generally needed for OBC candidates in government BAMS colleges.

You did your best in NEET, and it’s okay that you didn’t get a government seat this time. Since it was your first try, and if your heart still beats for becoming a doctor, and you’re ready to give one full focused year, then taking a drop is okay — but only if you’re 100% sure you’ll give it your everything, with no regrets. But if you also like coding or tech, then CSE at IIIT Kalyani is a really nice option too. IIITs are good, and CSE can give you a strong career, good placements, and even chances to go abroad or work at top companies. So just sit for a minute, think what excites you more — medicine or computers — and go with the one that makes you feel happy inside. Both paths are great, you just need to pick the one your heart really wants.
