As per your query I would like to tell with your this Ranks quite impossible to getting admission in Ma political science.The numbers of seats available in master course is  about 70 seats,so through under general category taking admission is not possible.

With EWS rank of 646,  you have a very slight chance of getting a call letter from BHU
