It depends if lot of people are applying  from Delhi NCR they will definitely will have  one or more centres in the Delhi region. You will get to know your location of your exam on the day of issue of admit card.

Sorry tushar, but with 22053 rank im ggipu entrance exam your chances for getting good colleges is quite less as there are very few college under ipu that are good ( i mean in placement, infrastructure, faculty) so i would suggest better look for any other option(other entrance exam) .
