I think you have not mentioned about the course in which you have given the exam. And Seeing your rank you might not be able to get a college as your rank is far behind. But Still you can find out more colleges where in you can get the admission

Marks aren't the only factor that is responsible for the rank in the exam, but the “no. of students are”.

Greater the no. of students applying for the same course, greater the probability of getting low rank( if marks are low).

You should focus on maximum marks, you can achieve.

There are only few seats of BA English (H) as there are only two colleges affiliated to IPU.

It seems to be difficult for you to get a seat in ipu with this rank
