As per last year cutoff, selection was made upto rank 80 under general category, cutoff was little lower for eeserved categort. So it seem difficult for your brother to make through BHU this year. You can wait for counselling letter and can also check the cutoff rank list

Congratulations my dear ,it is a very good rank in ipu cet.you will get very good colleges in ipu with this rank of 637.after 3RD round you may get MAIT ,MSIT,BVPCOE,BPIT.but I think in MAIT ,MSIT ,BVPCOE you will get EEE and Ece and other lower branches but not CSE
