9044 rank in ipu cet is quite safe to get an admission. You are eligible for a good ipu college. I cannot assure you about the branch though.

With this rank you can get in to Vivekanand Institute of Professional Studies also known as VIPS

Hi Keshavi! Your chances are good if you are from Delhi or else you should be average to get seat. You may get better college with lower stream in this rank or a average college with good streams.

According to me go for UGAT because if you choose IPU CET exam the only option that you have is IPU and if you don't get good marks,no option is left for you.But if you choose UGAT there are many colleges come under UGAT
