Hi Dipti, the cutoff varies every year based on the number of seats available number of test takers difficulty level of exams etc. However going by the previous years cutoff, some of the colleges you can try under cmat are, 

1) Prin. LN Welingkar Mumbai

2) Prin. LN Welingkar Bangalore

You have got 84 Percentile in MHT CET. This is a good score to get a call from the management institutes for the PGDM course. Some of the colleges from where you may get a call are: 

• Prin L.N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research. 
• Chetana's Institute

No..you won't get admission on the basis of jee score as ggsipu accepts only nata score. And as nata is held twice a year so it is not late in july..admissions in colleges will start after the result.

You are eligible to mostly all the engineering branch in SRMs KTR camus except computer science as its closing rank is 10000 for CSE and same for KIITEE.
