Yes, NCERT books will definately help you to get a good rank in UPSEE,NCERT will

strengthen your concept in the subject,you should also solve the previous year questions 

and sample papers for good preparation and better result.

you can also prefer books like arihant for the UPSEE exam.

MYRA has got good faculties for all the speciliasations that is offered and also gives an exposure to students by bringing in global faculties.

I won't suggest IMI Kolkata since I have got friends studied

KIIT 2019 is a national level exam condcuted by KIIT university.So,the questions will cover the topics of physics,chemistry,mathematics  (for B.tech)

As per books are concerened NCERT books should be sifficient but on a personal view you should try solving additional reference books and materials provided by different coaching

There is only one difference between MBA and PGDM . MBA is given by the government and semi government university  and PGDM is given by autonomous colleges . Even top names like IIM provide you with PGDM, PGDM is more towards practical exposure here the curriculum is set
