not heard off such problems what exactly are you talking about 

It is quite difficult to get a good college in IPU with this rank but you can get Amity(dwarka) and HMR. If you are from reserved category then you might land a good college.

Admission to postgraduate programmes are primarily done through KIITEE (KIIT Entrance Exam). For the M.Tech programme, admission is also granted on the basis of GATE score. GATE candidates who have scored more than 400 marks are exempted from sitting in the examination.
