This year (2018) ipu has introduced BA English honours programme. The CET CODE of BA honours (English) is 184,
but currently university has not disclosed the names of colleges offering this course.

According to your rank, you can get admission in private colleges easily. I would suggest you to apply for the counselling round and check the previous year's cut off rank as per your category to get a fair idea regarding admission.

As you want to do a polytechnic course you must have to clear entrance test conducted by your state known as Joint Entrance Test. It is also known as diploma course in engineering. Eligibility: You must fulfill the following condition for the admission in the polytechnic course1)

The colleges you can prefer are:
1.Sri Krishna College of Education, Baghpat
2.Delhi Institute of Rural Development, Holambi Khurd, Delhi.
Try in these, if something would not work then you have to go for management quota.
Although chances are less but wait for the round 1 counseling.
