Best college in IPU is USICT and best college from COMEDK is RVCE .Lets try to compare these two .In my opinion , opputunity wise , both colleges should be good considering one is in delhi and other in Bangalore .Placements wise , RVCE may be ahead

You have not mentioned that you are from Delhi or outside Delhi.If you are from Delhi you may get a seat for IT or CSE but for a candidate outside Delhi I think it is not, as the previous years trend shows.
