    According to previous year cut off, your chance of getting a seat is negligible. You can not get admission with this rank.
    If you belong to out side Delhi then you have no chance.for DELHI student closing rank approx to 22k.

    According to previous year cut off, you have a chance to get a seat in college through IPU CET.
    last year closing rank approx to 6k for out side Delhi for various branch like CE, ECE, EEE and electrical.

    KIITEE has hostel facility if yes ,what is charges

    Yes, they have an expensive hostel facility. They have got AC and Non AC rooms.

    Hostel fees is around 2 lakhs per year. and total college fess+hostel+expenses may go upto 5 lakhs per year.
