If you want to join a Mass Communication college and specialize in photography, you will have to specialize in Audio Visual. This is the name of the course which most of the mass communication colleges offer.  Some of the top colleges in the country which offer Mass Communication

Sagar, you have far better percentile in MAT and CMAT than in MAH-CET through which you can get much better college. I will recommend applying to colleges through MAT and CMAT score only. Being an open category and less percentile in MAH-CET won't fetch you any good college.
