Yes,kiitee is ORganised by kiit for admission in engineering Course.yes the counselling of kiit will be For kiit bhumneshwar.Its only for it not other  colleges.

Sunil assuming that you are a candidate who has Maharashtra quota so with 88.22 percentile in an SC category you have a chance to get admission in the following colleges:

• Alkesh Dinesh Modi Inst
• Atharva Inst of Mgmt
• Bharti Vidyapeeth's Inst of Mgmt, Navi Mumbai
• Vidyalankar Inst of Tech, Wadala

Swapnil as your percentile is very low so it is very hard to find colleges in the specific cities you have mentioned. Even getting good colleges is also very difficult. I have mentioned a few colleges name below where you have a chance of getting admission.

• Department of Management Studies,

NSIT is a good college of Delhi.It is comparable with IITs.But in IPU cet there is not nsit.You need jee main marks  for admission in this college.you can check here
