I am female candidate with RBA category from jammu and kashmir secured 388 marks in neet 2025. do i get admission in state quota of jammu and kashmir

Prachi Kumari 18th Jun, 2025

Hello,

Based on previous years' cut-offs, RBA category cut-off for MBBS under state quota usually stays around 130 to 160 marks.

  • Your score is much higher than the previous cut-off trends.

  • You have a very good chance of getting a government MBBS seat under the 85% state quota.

  • Final allotment depends on counselling, seat availability, and number of applicants.

  • So, stay updated with JKBOPEE counselling .

Hope it helps !

I got 57 percentile in MHT cet. For which which colleges am eligible in BTech course.

Avanishsree VP 18th Jun, 2025

With 57% in MHT-CET, you are eligible for Tier-3 private engineering colleges in Maharashtra.

You can apply for B.Tech in colleges like:

  • RAIT, Terna, FCRIT, LTCE, VIT Pune, KJS Somaiya (some non-core branches).
You’re not eligible for top colleges like COEP or VJTI, but you meet the minimum eligibility (45% in PCM).
Apply through CAP rounds and consider Management Quota if needed.

If i apply for Mbbs state quota counselling in my domicile state that is punjab, Am i still eligible to apply for management quota seats in another state like Maharashtra

Prachi Kumari 18th Jun, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you can apply.

If you apply for MBBS state quota counselling in your domicile state (Punjab), you are still eligible to apply for management quota seats in another state like Maharashtra .

Management quota seats are usually open to all Indian students, no matter which state they belong to. Just make sure you meet the eligibility criteria set by that particular state or private college.

Hope it helps !

NIRANJAN KUMAR GUPTA NEET EXAM 2025 ME MARKS. 358,HAI KEYA KARE

SHUBHANGI SINHA 22nd Jun, 2025

Hello,

Your chances for government medical colleges may be restricted if you scored 359 on the NEET 2025, particularly if you are pursuing an MBBS. However, you have a high chance of getting into private medical colleges or looking into other medical programs like BDS, BAMS, or BHMS at both government and private medical colleges. If you are open to choices like deemed colleges, think about taking part in all counselling rounds.

You can also choose paramedical & allied health courses like B.Sc. Nursing, BPT, BMLT, OTT, Radiology which do not require NEET OR accept lower NEET scores.
