Sorry to inform you but you are not eligible for KIIT counselling. You need to score 60% in PCM individually. However you can still get admission via management quota which can cost you 3-4 lakhs more.

KIITEE is all about basics of PCM . It also depends on what branch do u want to take . If u want to take CIVIL .. then rank upto 10000 also can get your desired branch but if you want to take mechanical or CS, then u have to
