The MPDTE provisional seat allotment letter for Round 1 in 2025 is available from June 30 to July 4 , 2025 . During this window , you can download your allotment letter from the DTE MP portal using your roll / application number , date of birth , round number and password .
If you skipped Round 1 or want an upgrade , Round 2 registration and seat allotment run from July 5 to 12 , with allotments and reporting scheduled July 21 -  25 , 2025 .

In summary, both SRM University AP & Graphic Era University are decent choices for you, however make sure to weigh up placement, faculty, peer group, research options and fees as deciding factors.

• SRM University AP for 90% scholarship is definitely value for money. While it is a new campus, it has solid industry partnerships with many opportunities for global exposure and research (ecosystem partners like UC Berkeley, MITx, etc). Their infrastructure is also very good.
• Graphic Era is a more established university with good placements, most notably in core CSE and IT based branches. Peer competition can sometimes make it feel more grounded and is more consistent.

For ews quota, your 32k EWS rank will be considered for ews seats, not your 2.8LAKH AIR. with rank of 32k chances of getting GMC is very slim, especially through all india quota. However in mop up rounds, very low tier private or deemed universities may have vacant seats.

and yes your teacher is saying right, applying for both will increase your chances as state quotas have lower cut off than AIQ especially for domicile candidates.

In kerala, if you are state domicile with EWS category, your chances are better in private medical colleges or government seats under EWS if cut off drops significantly in later rounds.
