In most of cases the state EWS quota seats are filled with the candidate's respective EWS merit rank NOT with the state's EWS merit. However, the colleges or universities themselves prioritize the students with EWS background than others for management quota so you should not worry about the merit much.

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) for class 9 will take place in the month of February 2026. And results will be announced in March 2026.

Filling of application form will be from October to November 2025. The website for registration is navodaya.gov.in. The exam will be in offline mode for two and half hours. Subjects included are Maths English, Hindi, and General Science.

Good afternoon,VIT Pune officially does not offer any management quota seats. All regular engineering admissions are conducted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) based on JEE Main or MH-CET scores.

Multiple sources, including official statements from the institute, confirm that management quota admissions were discontinued around 2019 and reinstated again. As of now, there is no formally recognized management quota

1. Admission for BA course is still open

2. Last date to apply is around 12 August 2025

3. You can still register on university website

4. You need to upload your documents and CUET marks

5. After that, wait for merit list to come

6. If your name is in list, go for counselling and pay fee

It is usually not possible to know the exact number of seats left for Computer science and mathematics (CSM) in EAMCET as it is difficult know the seat matrix from each EAMCET college that offers CSM courses.

Although, the nd phase has already ended and as per the previous year trend after 2nd phase of EAMCET there were around 3,100 seats for CSM were left.

Typically, it should not be a concern provided that all of the other details like your name (first/middle) father’s name, date of birth, and caste category match accurately on each record. However, during NEET UG counseling process, document verification is pretty strict. Therefore to save yourself from any future problems or delays it might be easier to:

1. Obtain an affidavit from a notary to attest that both inscriptions of your name with and without surname; is a name of the same person.
2. Or obtain a new caste certificate with full name including surname.

This will at least keep uniforms for all document verification and avoid any possibility of an objection in verification.
