i wrote ecet but iget seat and self reported byt didnt gave any originals iam willing to write again in next year because i dont like the college..next year is i am eligible for Free seat

OISHEE BANERJEE 29th Jul, 2025

Yes, you are still eligible for a free seat next year if you appear for ECET again, as long as you meet the following conditions:

  • You do not join the current allotted college officially by submitting original certificates and paying full admission fee.

  • You do not freeze the seat or attend any classes officially under this admission.

  • When you appear for ECET again next year, you must go through the entire counselling process again from the beginning.

Since you only self-reported online and did not submit originals, it's considered as not completing admission. That means you haven’t utilized your free seat quota yet, and you can still compete for a convener quota (free seat) next year.

I got 292.86 marks in cuet ug (pcm+eng) , can I get btech+mtech integrated course in cs, ut or ai and data science branch in DAVV ?

OISHEE BANERJEE 29th Jul, 2025

With a CUET UG score of 292.86 in PCM + English, your chances of getting into the 5-year integrated B.Tech + M.Tech program in CS, IT, or AI & Data Science at DAVV depend on your category. For General, the cutoff usually goes above 390, so your score may not be enough. For OBC, you are closer to the expected cutoff, and you might have a chance in later rounds.

If you belong to SC or ST category, your score is above the usual cutoff range, so you stand a fair chance of getting a seat. Competition is high and seats are limited, so make sure to participate in all rounds of counselling and keep backup options ready.

I got 292.86 marks in cuet ug (pcm+eng) , can I get btech+mtech integrated course in cs, ut or ai and data science branch in DAVV ?

Nikita shahi 28th Jul, 2025

Hi Rishita!

As your score is 292.86 in CUET UG, you stand a decent chance for admission into DAVV’s integrated BTech + MTech programs. DAVV typically considers CUET scores. for admission into its self-financed and integrated courses, especially through its IET Since you're targeting Computer Science, IT, AI, or Data Science, the cutoffs tend to be a little higher but 292.86 is a good score, especially if your percentile is around 80 or above. Make sure to check the counseling schedule and fill in the correct preference form when DAVV opens admissions.

HELLO,

Yes it is possible but only under certain conditions :-

  • As per Indian labour Laws the normal limit is 8 hours per day or 48 hours per week
  • Private hospitals are also bound by these labour laws

So yes you can work 8 hours with reduced salary in a private hospital if it is a formal contractual arrangement and follows minimum wage laws. Without proper documentation you may risk losing protections

Can I get into JBIMS via Management quota

Abhi sonkar 29th Jul, 2025

Good afternoon,

Officially, JBIMS has no management quota.

Admission to JBIMS is entirely merit-based through CAP rounds conducted by DTE Maharashtra. The selection process uses entrance test scores such as MAH CET, CAT, CMAT, or GMAT for foreign and NRI applicants.

Reliable sources consistently confirm that JBIMS does not offer any management quota seats. All 120 MMS seats are filled through the Central Allotment Process.

Several unofficial websites and consultancies claim that JBIMS offers a small percentage, typically between 3 and 15 percent, of management quota seats at much higher fees. However, these claims are not verified and contradict the official policies of JBIMS.
