Sorry, but you can't complete the full B.Tech degree from IIT Bangalore or any institution in India. Because the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) deemed such distance learning B.Tech degrees invalid in India. Also, the in-hand and practical teaching are required for the B.Tech, so the online learning isn't good for this course.

There are several colleges which are considered better than UHS bagalkot for horticulture.

1. Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore

2. Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Solan

3. University of Agricultural Sciences, Bengaluru

4. Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur

Although UHS Bagalkot is good but it's a state level specialized university and does not feature in top 20 NIRF (2024). The other institutions mentioned (TNAU,  UHF, UAS) are older, nationally ranked, ICAR accredited and better in infrastructure, research and reputation.
