Hello dear,
I hope you are doing well and good. Based on this scorebthe chances are very less to get a seat in government college but you can try for the private colleges for BAMS programme.

I hope you are doing well and good. There are some chances since your marks are above Passing marks. According to previous year cut-off marks you can get a seat in quite few private colleges but it's unlikely , you will get a seat in a government medical

I hope you are doing well and good. As Your sister scored 307 marks in NEET which is very decent marks. Your sister marks are not up to marks for the MBBS or BDS course but you have fair chance for the BHMS and BAMS and BPT course.
