cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix
According to the eligibility criteria for a food safety officer, none of the mentioned subjects i.e. nutrition, dietetics, chemistry and zoology fit into the eligibile subject criteria. Therefore unfortunately, you are not eligible for food safety officer exam.

Physics NCERT of class 11th and 12th is enough but the only problem is that NCERT Physics does not have a adequate number of numerical problems. For theory, NCERT Physics is great since quite a few times, the questions of Physics are from direct lines of the book.
The Disability verification is granted from Assessment Boards in metro cities, namely- New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.
These centers for verification are-
1- VMMC, Delhi
2- All India institute of physically medicine and rehabilitation, Mumbai
3- Institute of Post graduate medical education, Kolkata
4- Madras medical college, Chennai

Under Female quota, seats are first offered in general category then in their caste category. Since you have been allotted government quota unreserved seat. There is no need to produce OBC category certificate!
