No, radioactivity is not included in the current JEE Main syllabus . NTA has removed the full chapter from the Physics syllabus. This includes:
Alpha, beta, gamma radiations
Properties of these radiations
Radioactive decay law
Related formulas and concepts
So you do not need to study radioactivity for JEE
